Miller Renovation - Pepperell MA

This house was a typical cape with very little space. We added a full two story addition to the left side of the house, which allowed us to add a nice entry space, and an open living space connected to a new Dining Room bathed in sunlight. The Kitchen, as well as the entire existing house, was renovated to develop connections to the outside and to fill the house with light. A full Sitting Porch was added along the front to soften that side of the house and to provide a wonderful sitting spot. We added a deck at the rear of the house, which faces an interesting wetland area active with birds for wonderful sightings.
