Moodie Renovation - Littleton MA

This house was a tight and typical development house when we started. We added the addition to the right side, and completely renovated the Kitchen to expand it out ten feet. Attached to the new Kitchen is a new shaped Breakfast Bay that projects out into the landscape and is filled with light. The new Living Room has tall ceilings with upper transom glass, and columns to give the space interest and scale. We added a two story addition to add a new Master Bedroom and Master Bath to the upstairs.
